The ITC, Institute of Ceramic Technology, has reported that already covered the places for the refresher course in Inkjet decoration technology, which will be held from the 10th until the 19th of September.
At the beginning the course was only to take place in the morning and for a maximum of 23 places, but due to the high demand generated by the course, the technology center of Castellón has also planned it during the afternoon.
During the course each of the stages that make up the workflow for the production of ceramic tiles decorated digitally will be addressed: from the initial design proposal till obtaining the final printed piece.
The implementation of the course includes the participation of the machinery manufacturer company EFI-Cretaprint, who provides high valuable knowledge about managing digital printers. The course will consist of six sessions: the first five will be given between the 10th and the 14th of September, while the final session will be held on the facilities of Cretraprint, on the 18th or the 19th of September.
The objective of the course is to train specialist technicians in inkjet printing, and it incorporates an interesting renewal of the content taught, which includes the latest developments in relation to this burgeoning technology. In short, this is all about to achieve excellent results in the use of new digital printing systems; optimal and consistent results on an industrial scale.
The great demand for the course is due in large part to the fact that the tile decoration technology for digital printing has brought a revolution in recent years, resulting in an increasing demand in the ceramic industry for experts in this field.
