Finally Pakistan will not penalize the Spanish ceramic industry

Good news for the Spanish ceramic industry, largely located in the province of Castellón. After much uncertainty, the Government of Pakistan reported that the investigation into dumping (unfair competition practices) that opened against imports of ceramic products manufactured in Spain has concluded and determined that there was no injury to the domestic ceramic industry.

As a result of this, Pakistan will not apply any duty or compensation fee to exports of Spanish ceramic products. This has been confirmed by the Spanish Association of Manufacturers of Ceramic Tiles (Ascer) that already alleged that Spanish ceramics did not compete in the same market segment of the domestic industry, which has not been damaged.
